The project ePunjabSchool is unified information management system which connects not only schools but all administrative offices (State, District, Block Level) and training institutes of department of school education, Punjab. This web portal has been developed by Department of School Education, Punjab and the project has been running successfully in all Government, Aided and majority of private schools for the last two years. With the help of this portal, the dept. has captured information of around 50 lakh students and 2.5 lakh staff members from 30 thousand schools. This portal works as a single and central point of data source for various projects such as Mid day meal monitoring, planning and monitoring of teachers training etc.
